Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour cancellation prior to your appointment. We charge minimum of 1/2 of the appointment fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If your appointment is greater than 2.5 hours we may charge the full service price.

We send a 48 hour reminder/confirmation text prior to your appointment which allows you to control your appointment online.
